Topic - Electronic Annual Operating Reports (EAOR)-changes for 2009 reporting
Speaker - Leesa N. Gerald, LG2 Environmental Solutions, Inc. - Ms. Leesa N. Gerald is President of LG2 Environmental Solutions, Inc. (LG2ES), a full environmental service and consulting company offering innovative, superior solutions in all disciplines of the environmental field. LG2 ES was founded in 1999 in response to a need in the development industry for a responsive environmental science group that could look beyond the environmental problems within a project, to find tangible, innovative solutions that lead directly to the project’s success.
Ms. Gerald graduated from Georgetown College in 1989, the seventh student ever to graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental Science. Last year, 2009 will celebrate Ms. Gerald’s 20th year in the environmental field. Ms. Gerald’s qualifications include over 20 years of professional experience with industrial facilities involving compliance issues with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. Specific experience includes: Title V Air Permits, Emissions Inventory, Air modeling, all SARA Title III/ EPCRA Reporting, Toxic Release Inventories and Reporting, OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance, Process Safety Management, Risk Management Plans, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, development of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and numerous multi-disciplinary Compliance Audits.
Ms. Gerald is skilled in both management and field operations of small scale and large scale multi-disciplinary projects. Ms. Gerald is a Florida DEP certified Stormwater Inspector, 40-hour HAZWOPER trained and trainer, and certified in Incident Command Training.
